Q: My calculated salary doesn't match my actual salary slip. Why?
A: Our calculator uses standard assumptions — 40% basic salary, standard deductions, and average PF caps. Your actual salary structure may differ. Use the 'Customise my deductions' option in the calculator for a more accurate result.
Q: Can you add a calculator for [specific tool]?
A: We love suggestions! Email us at hello.realsalary@gmail.com and we'll consider it for our roadmap.
Q: I found a bug or incorrect calculation.
A: Please email hello.realsalary@gmail.com with your CTC amount, tax regime, and the result you're seeing. We take accuracy very seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
Q: I want to embed your calculator on my website.
